Meaningful outcomes validated by real people.

Metrics are only part of the story. The feedback I get from collaborators, users, and industry leaders means the world to me. Their recognition is a testament to the trust I've built creating impact together over the years.

Recognized for impact.

I was honored to be recognized by the esteemed Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA) with a W3 award in 2024 for my exceptional work as the sole experience expert for a brand relaunch, and again in 2025 after redesigning a website for a Fortune 10 healthcare company.

In their own words.

The people I work for and with have been crucial to my growth and success. Their feedback reflects my commitment to collaboration as a necessary part of any meaningful solution.

Joi is an excellent designer. Joi consistently takes complex and vague feature requests from start to finish. Every design was a dream to work from and made my life of implementing much easier. The gold standard to which I compare other UI/UX designers.

I had the pleasure of working alongside Joi during her time at Sigla. While there, I quickly came to appreciate Joi's great eye for design, attention to detail, and understanding of both her users and stakeholders. Her ability to find a meeting point for user needs and stakeholder expectations was exemplary, leveraging her empathy and keen understanding of the research to create new opportunities and maintain accessibility. She brings value to whatever team she is on and I would happily work alongside her again.

I interned with Joi at WWT for one summer and I was completely new to the UX world then. However, Joi was truly an inspiration to me with creative out of the box solutions to design requirements, her drive to go above and beyond when seeking out answers, and her great communication skills when relaying feedback during peer reviews. I often think about how grateful I was to work with Joi and how much of a mark she left on me in wanting to become a better designer and to think critically about who I am designing for and why.
